I wonder... "Why so much talking?"
I wanted to capture that Japanese look. It's basically pencil on 4-ply illustration board and watercolor. Then I sprayed it with fixative and went over it quickly with acrylic gloss (so the watercolors would stay put).
Then I saturated the colors with acrylic glazes, and added the "Bunny-Chop" with gold ink.
